For many Brands, moving to the digital space can be a scary change. The purpose of the workshop is to create an understanding and trust for the online space and to create a road map on how the Brand will make this transition for management buy-in and stakeholder expectations.
Marketing Project Management
Marketing Strategy is implemented through the marketing projects the Brand needs to implement to grow the followers and to increase the bottom line. These need to be proactive, not reactive and for this purpose a Brand needs Project Management tools to effectively manage all the facets of the Marketing Strategy.

Within the Brand Foundation, we created the Brand presence. Within marketing, we design, copy write and target the marketing messages across the right marketing channels. This may be through website, social media, email and search engine marketing (SEO and Google advertising).
Touch Marketing Tactics
Touch marketing tactics include the design, copy writing and production of marketing materials which people can touch such as marketing flyers, pamphlets and brochures.
CRM Setup and Consulting
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy and a tool by which Brands best nurture the customers they serve. There are several tools on the market for this such as HubSpot or a simple Excel Sheet and we assist in setting this up and consulting on its use.
Digital Analytics and Reporting
The strength of digital marketing is the ability to measure the impact the Brand is making in the digital space, to better understand the Brand’s followers and how the marketing strategy needs to adapt and improve over time. This is done through Google and Social Media Analytics.
